Rokt is honored to be a winner in the 2021 Think Global Awards in the ‘going global’ category, highlighting achievements of organizations who are demonstrating their ability to go global and adopt a global mindset.
Rokt was founded in 2012 in Australia and has been committed to adopting a global mindset right from the start. Today our global team comes from 31 different countries and speaks a total of 34 languages.
54% of our employees (dubbed ‘Rokt’stars’) are working outside of the country where they were born, and we actively hire team members from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to our employees, Rokt’s leadership team is also extremely diverse, leading the global mindset that is ingrained in our culture. Our executive team includes employees from France, South Africa, Australia, Canada, and the US. Our board of directors includes members from Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and the US. Each member comes from a very different background and brings a wealth of experience to the organization. This diverse leadership exposes our teams to various unique viewpoints and encourages a global mindset throughout the company.
Our employees across offices have also created a number of diversity groups that all culminate into our Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion steering committee. The committee regularly shares suggestions and feedback with Rokt’s leadership to ensure our culture is always diverse, equal, and fair.
Organizations from across the globe submitted their applications to the Think Global Awards. Nominations were judged by a community of global individuals, including forum participants, industry experts, speakers, and Forum Executives. The Think Global Forum is designed to provide insights and thought leadership in the context of Technology, Travel, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, Ecommerce, and a growing number of sectors around the world.
