EDI Committee
Rokt’s EDI Committee is an employee-led organization focused on ensuring every Rokt'star is fully heard and fairly treated. In order to achieve this mission, the committee focuses on five pillars of diversity: Gender equality, LGBTQ+ Rokt’stars, Racial diversity, Cultural diversity, Socio-Economic background diversity.
Cultivating community
Our Employee Resource Groups provide safe spaces for Rokt’stars to come together to share their experiences with others and provide perspectives on community issues, needs, and policies that help make Rokt an inspiring workplace for all.

Rainbow Rokts
Rainbow Rokts aims to bring together LGBTQ members and allies across our organization. The organization’s mission is to not only create a safe space for colleagues searching for a sense of community but to build a platform for education, awareness, personal growth, and aide to the LGBTQ community outside of Rokt.

Womxn Who Rokt
Womxn Who Rokt is dedicated to empowering women at Rokt. The group, open to all Rokt’stars, hosts a myriad of events throughout the year including book clubs to discuss women at work and panels where our colleagues share their personal stories. Past panel volunteers have spoken about how to overcome fears, maintaining work life balance and managing growth and leadership roles.

Blak’stars
The mission of Blak’stars is to foster networking, professional development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities for Rokt’s community of Black employees; advancing an environment that is diverse, inclusive, and provides equal resources for all. Providing targeted support to the Black community, the group works to promote the growth and success of employees across various job functions, while leading various efforts intended to inspire all to achieve their greatest potential.

Asian'stars is committed to creating a culturally inclusive environment that elevates the voices of our Asian Rokt’stars, celebrates and honors Asian heritage, and contributes to the broader Rokt's EDI mission.

The Green Group’s mission is to have a restorative impact on the surrounding environment and our team by implementing education and awareness initiatives, developing and operating Rokt offices to conserve resources, reducing pollution, and enhancing personal well-being.
